When your intake of Omega 3 foods isn’t enough, our Omega 3 Fish Oil concentrate 1000mg Softgel capsules are a great way to get extra into your daily routine.
These capsules are a useful fish oil supplement, containing EPA and DHA which are essential Omega 3 fatty acids. Your body can’t produce essential fatty acids on its own, so needs to ingest the appropriate foods to get to the required level. The NHS recommends that you consume at least 2 portions of fish per week, including 1 oily fish portion. If your diet does not regularly consist of this, you may wish to consider a supplement.
One of the advantages of DHA is its ability to aid in the maintenance of vision and normal brain function. It also helps contribute to normal heart function and you can also be assured that they’re suitable for pescatarians, too.
- Contains essential Omega-3 fatty acids EPA & DHA
- Supports healthy vision, brain function and normal heart function*
- Suitable for pescatarians
*The beneficial effect is obtained with a daily intake of 250 mg.
